Shana began her Real Estate career in 2004. Shana's dedication to her clients is what propelled her forward down the path of success to established PrimeSource Real Estate LLC., her own Real Estate Company.
Shana's desire is to provide affordable homes and to help make home buyers dreams come true. Shana realizes this dream by providing first class Real Estate services to many central Florida residents. Shana's personal and professional commitment is to ensure that a seller and buyer are brought together in an agreement that provides each with a "win" that is fair and equitable.
Shana is married to David, who is a Certified Residential Contractor who also owns his own company PrimeSource Contractors LLC. They work together building, developing subdivisions, buying, selling, renting, leasing, and property management. Shana and David also own and manage several properties throughout Seminole, Orange and Volusia Counties.
Shana's personal improvement through education is a goal that will always be a priority. Shana's in-depth training includes special Real Estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, New Construction, Real Estate Investments, Business Planning, Exchanges, Taxation, and Creative Financing. Additionally, Shana has attended The Leaders Choice for Top Producers 9 wk seminar. Shana has completed GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Designation.
